Because our products are crafted by hand and made from natural ingredients, all sales are final. 

We are only able to offer a replacement or refund if a product arrives damaged or faulty, such as broken, cracked, or otherwise compromised items. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will happily assist.

Please note: Individual reactions, sensitivities, or allergies to ingredients do not qualify for a refund. Every body and every home is unique, and our products are made with natural herbs, botanicals, and essential oils. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit for your needs.
